Title:  Track Maintenence at Hair
Description:  CSX was doing some heavy duty rail-pulling this September morning, and NS trains were required to proceed slowly and stop just before reaching the work limit. This train was given permission to proceed through the stop signals shortly after this photo was taken. A video of the action from this day of railfanning is available on my website.
